A Momiji chef preparing nori at the counter beneath the illuminated 紅葉 Momiji Omakase sign and hanging maple leaves

Thonglor, Bangkok

Autumn in Japan, at the counter

Ingredients thoughtfully selected by our chefs, served beneath a maple garden in the heart of Thonglor.

紅葉 · Momiji

Momiji means the maple leaf as it turns. A short season, worth travelling for.

Our counter seats a single sitting at a time. Each course is placed in front of you by the chef who made it, in the order it is meant to be eaten.

The room

A maple garden on the second floor

Behind the arch, a maple tree spreads over a curved hinoki counter. The light stays low and warm. It is the kind of room where a three-hour dinner passes without anyone checking the time.
